In the highly demanding automotive sector, our teams have once again demonstrated their expertise with the manufacturing of a custom-made industrial gondola tunnel designed for a major industry player.

This equipment was developed to ensure a precise and homogeneous drying process, meeting the strictest production standards.

Key features of the tunnel:

• Drying process at 140 °C with ±5 °C temperature uniformity

• Throughput: 12 parts/hour

• Parts processed: PA6 hydrogen tanks

• Automated loading and unloading stations

• Horizontal shuttle transfer for loading and positioning on the gondola
