With a capacity of 8.7m3 and capable of withstanding processing temperatures of up to 350°C, this drying oven is equipped with a trolley with a removable handle, offering easy handling of loads and being able to support up to at 4000 kg per cycle. This feature ensures maximum efficiency while ensuring operator safety.
One of the strong points of this installation is the consideration of the specific needs of our client. Indeed, the loads to be treated are steel electrical machine traction motors, requiring particular attention in terms of temperature and handling. Thanks to our thermal expertise, these essential parts can now be processed with unrivaled precision, guaranteeing their performance and durability.
As safety is a top priority, our oven is equipped with safety wedges located at the end of the trolley rails. This measure ensures safe and stable immobilization of loads during the entire processing process, thus minimizing the risk of accidents and damage to parts.
