Continuous thermal installation
SAT Thermique builds a thermoforming tunnel and puts its knowledge at the service of E-mobility, for one of its customers in the automotive sector.
SAT carried out for one of its customers (tier 1 automotive supplier), a thermoforming installation for plastic tubing intended for cooling the batteries of electric vehicles.
The island, fully automated, is made up of a very precise oven (+/-2° between 120 and 250°C) with 2 automatic doors, a cooling zone and the transit allowing the return of the shaping supports at the loading station.
SAT’s experts have designed the island entirely around the customer’s need, thus offering a high-performance, ergonomic and flexible solution.
